Our Team
Vince specializes in audits, management advisory services, general management and small business. He received his BBA degree from Dyke College in 1965 and became a CPA in 1972. He has served in responsible positions with a Fortune 500 Company and one of the largest CPA firms in the world. He served on several corporate advisory boards and has provided leadership for numerous civic organizations. He is an active member of the Ohio Society of CPAs, National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, American Institute of CPAs, National Bureau of Professional Management Consultants, and Management Consulting Division of the AICPA. He is also active in the Council of Small Business Enterprises (COSE) and The Institute of Business Appraisers.

John specializes in taxes, real estate , construction, and general management of small business. He received his BBA degree from Fenn College (CSU) in 1965, and his law degree from Cleveland Marshall College of Law was earned in 1975. He became a CPA in 1967 and was licensed as an attorney in 1975. Prior to joining the firm, he was a manager in the Cleveland office of Touche, Ross & Co. He is a member of the Ohio Society of CPAs, American Institute of CPAs, Lake County Estate Planning Council, American Association of Attorneys and CPAs, and the American, Ohio and Lake County Bar Associations. He is a member of the Tax Section of both the American Institute of CPA's and the American Bar Association.
